How the Lungs Work

The Traveling Bronchiole Exhibit

The American Lung Association in Wisconsin has a traveling bronchiole exhibit that demonstrates the differences between healthy, diseased, and asthmatic bronchioles. Tape recorders mounted underneath the bronchioles play the breathing sounds of the different conditions.

This exhibit travels to elementary schools in Southeastern Wisconsin to educate children about the anatomy of their lungs and what they can do to keep their lungs healthy.

To schedule a presentation of the exhibit at your school call 262-703-4200.
